You are solely responsible for:

  • Interfere with or disrupt the Software or servers connected to the Software

4. Age Requirements

You must be at least 18 years old to use AutoSubmit. By using the Software, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

5. Academic Integrity Disclaimer

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the Software complies with:

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
  • No refunds are provided for partial billing periods

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUTOSUBMIT AND ITS OWNERS, OPERATORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  • Academic penalties, course failure, or disciplinary actions by educational institutions
  • Legal consequences resulting from use of the Software
  • Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the Software in the 12 months preceding the claim

You acknowledge that you use the Software at your own risk and that you are solely responsible for any consequences arising from such use.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless AutoSubmit and its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Software, violation of these Terms, or violation of any rights of another party.

The Software, including all content, features, functionality, and design, is owned by AutoSubmit and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Software for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Software at any time, with or without cause or notice, for any reason, including:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Non-payment of subscription fees
  • Fraudulent or illegal activity
  • Any use that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our business or other users

Upon termination, your right to use the Software will immediately cease. We are not obligated to provide refunds or compensation upon termination.

12. Privacy

Your use of the Software is also governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Software, you consent to the collection and use of information as described in the Privacy Policy.

13. Governing Law
